Welcome to Echo Media House LLC (S.P.C). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services including photography, event organizing, social media management, advertisement design, and computer systems design. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

- Event Photography and Parties Photography
- Parties and Events Organizing
- Social Media Account Management
- Advertisement Design and Production
- Computer Systems and Software Designing
4. Service Agreement
All services are subject to a written agreement or proposal. The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information and requirements
- Pay agreed fees according to the payment schedule
- Provide necessary access and materials for service delivery
- Respond to requests for feedback in a timely manner
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:
- A deposit may be required to confirm bookings
- Final payment is due upon completion or as specified in the agreement
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- All fees are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Photography Services: Echo Media House retains copyright of all photographs. Clients receive usage rights as specified in their agreement.
Design Work: Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights to designs as specified in the agreement.
Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by service type:
- Event Photography/Organizing: Cancellations within 7 days of the event may forfeit deposits
- Ongoing Services: 30-day notice required for termination
- Custom Projects: Refunds calculated based on work completed
8. Limitation of Liability
Echo Media House shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delivery. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We maintain professional indemnity insurance as required by UAE law.
9. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and project details. Any sensitive information shared will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Abu Dhabi.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
